Naked Barbie Doll, Porn Display Get Man Arrested
New Jersey State Police arrested a 47-year-old man, whose allegedly display of a topless
Barbie doll and explicit porn magazines inside his car caused a stir at a Garden State Parkway rest area.
Robert Martin, of Dennis Township, N.J., had women's underwear on a platter, in addition to the naked doll on the dashboard of his car, investigators said.
The car is still at the Ocean View Service Plaza but the porn is not; state police seized it. But people there said they certainly haven't forgotten the graphic images they saw inside.
"There was just stuff strategically placed and all of it was based around pornography," .Man's Nose Bitten Off At BK Drive-ThroughA man bit off another man's nose in a fight in a South Carolina Burger King drive-through, and then bragged about it, deputies said. There was no immediate word if it could be reattached..India's professional ear cleaners still find work
Sheikh Mohammed, 25, is one of Bombay’s battalion of professional ear cleaners – a group easily identifiable by their pink or orange turbans. For 10 rupees (12 pence), one can have one’s ears expertly probed by a man wielding a tiny swab of cotton wool on a fine wire rod. The operation takes about ten minutes (its depends on how waxy your ears are, Mr Mohammed says) and is a common sight on city streets.
Mr Mohammed, the latest in a long line of ear cleaners, insists that trade "is very, very good . . . all types of people like to have clean ears".
He makes a respectable 300 rupees (£3.50) a day but he is sure that his sons will not carry on the business.
PICTURE .Man wins damages over retaking his driving test
An Italian court has ordered the government to pay 100,000 euros (£79,919) to a man who had to retake his driving test because he was gay. Danilo Giuffrida, now 26, told doctors he was homosexual during a medical examination for military service. The information was passed to the defense and transport ministries. Mr Giuffrida was told to repeat his driving test or have his licence suspended because of his "sexual identity disturbance." Mr Giuffrida passed his test for the second time but his licence was renewed for just one year rather than the usual 10 years because of his homosexuality.
The judge said the actions of the ministries showed "evident sexual discrimination". .My dog didn't poo .. his legs failed
The owner whose arthritic Labrador was wrongly accused of pooing on the pavement had his fine quashed yesterday.
David Murray, 45, got the £50 fixed penalty after wardens saw 11-year-old pooch Elliott crouching in the street.
But bus driver David said his poorly pet only squatted because his back legs had collapsed – and he wasn’t pooing.
He refused to pay and even sent the council a sample of Elliott’s poo to do a DNA test on.
The council refused and took the dad of two, of Hartlepool, Co Durham, to court charged with dog fouling.
But Hartlepool JPs threw out the case as they could not prove the mess belonged to Elliott.
David said: "I agree with penalties for dog foulers but I wasn’t going to pay for something my dog didn’t do."

Hannah, of Hounslow, West London, has written to ask for leniency — but paid the £50 fine within the two-week limit to avoid it being doubled to £100 for late payment.

Patients were left fuming after returning from appointments to discover their transport home had been immobilized for staying in bays too long.
Around 60 vehicles, run by outside contractor Caring For You, ferry non-emergency patients. Some 20 have been clamped this year. A CFY spokesman said he was "bewildered" by it.
But a hospital spokesman said: "CFY drivers are permitted to park in a designated drop-off zone for an hour.
"Some drivers have not been following these guidelines. This causes problems with access for other vehicles."

Why would someone be driving at that rate of speed in reverse then do a 180 and hit the brakes unless you were trying to kill someone?
