Just to let everyone know I have been in pain. Last winter I slipped on ice and injured my left shoulder and then I re-injured this spring.
I also did something in my sleep which was kicking the wall. I did not hurt the wall but I did hurt my left big toe. The doctor removed the toe nail three days ago now. The toe is swollen and is red I have called and got a appointment in two hours to see the doctor again.
