Van load of bank robbers may have stolen banks cash
A Hungarian bank lost more than £20,000 in cash after a security van was rammed - by a prison van full of bank robbers.
While firefighters rescued the Category A prisoners from their blazing van, a small fortune disappeared from the cash van as bags of currency spilled out onto the street in Budapest.
People were seen driving up and grabbing the cash before speeding off again.
And by the time police arrived the money was gone and there was no trace of the people who had taken it.
Police suspected the crash may have been organized from jail by crime bosses and carried out by gang members still on the outside.
But officers quizzed all the inmates - who were being transported from a court back to their jail - who claimed they had nothing to do with the crash.
"The bank remains very suspicious. Of all the vehicles that could have hit their van, it had to be one full of bank robbers," said a police spokesman.

Customers browsing for TVs in a Tesco store got more than they bargained for — when the screens started showing porn.
More than 20 flat-screen sets flicked over to a naked couple romping in graphic sex scenes.
The movie ran for five minutes until a worker at the 24-hour store in Bursledon, Hants, wondered why so many customers were by the sets.
The store launched a probe. They believe a late-night shopper switched channels on a master set with Freeview.
Customer Alan Man, 38, said: "It’s not what you expect to see in Tesco."

Bachelorette Party Prompts Arrests
Wichita police arrested three people on Sunday in an incident that began when a man threw an inflatable penis at an officer's horse.
Officers were patrolling the Old Town area on horseback at about 1:20 a.m. when they came across a large group of women in their early- to mid-20s who had been celebrating at a bachelorette party, police said.
Also in the group was a 24-year-old man, a brother to one of the women at the party. He was carrying a 5-foot-long inflatable penis, police said.
"While he was joking around with this toy, he launched this large toy toward one of our officers, who was on horseback," police spokesman Gordon Bassham said.
The toy struck the officer's horse, causing the horse to get spooked, he said.
Police arrested the man, of Eastborough, on suspicion of battery of a law enforcement officer, in this case, the horse.
A woman, upset at the arrest, grabbed the arresting officer's arm, police said. She too was arrested.
While the crowd was being dispersed, another woman in the party was arrested when she struck a horse's head, police said. The horse stepped on the foot of that woman, who was treated on the scene, then taken to jail.
The two women who were arrested are 22 years old and 24 years old. One is from McPherson, and one is from Lawrence.

A firefighter whose mother was displaced by a December arson in West Chester Pennsylvania steel town beset by them has been charged with lighting two trash fires there last week.
Prosecutors say the fact Robert Tracey Jr. is a firefighter in Coatesville made the charges particularly disturbing for his colleagues, who've seen dozens of arsons in the town of 11,000 residents just west of Philadelphia since the beginning of last year.
Chester County District Attorney Joseph Carroll says witnesses saw Tracey running from Friday's fires, which didn't hurt anyone. He says Tracey was jailed in lieu of $2 million bail.
Tracey is the sixth person arrested in connection with arsons in the Coatesville area. He's not charged in any of the others, one of which killed a woman.

Rory McInnes did some DIY at the family home — painting a 60ft WILLY on the roof.Parents Andy and Clare were delighted when builders finished a new flat roof on their £1million house.
But Rory, 18, had just watched a documentary about Google Earth — which lets internet users view satellite pictures — and decided to make the property stand out.
He grabbed a tin of white paint and climbed up to the roof, where he spent half an hour reproducing the best-known feature of the Cerne Abbas Giant in Dorset.
For the next 12 months only Rory knew about the giant manhood on the roof near Hungerford, Berks.
But his secret was blown when a helicopter pilot spotted it, and hovered so his passenger could take photos.
Andy, 54, thought "It’s an April Fool’s joke, right? There’s no way there’s a 60ft phallus on top of my house."
Andy then spoke to all four of his kids demanding answers.
When he phoned Rory — in Brazil as part of his gap year travels — the lad burst out laughing, saying: "Oh, you’ve found it then!"

It provides a way to interact with other people. Some people take this interaction very seriously, others treat it as a lark. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what kind of person you’re dealing with until it’s too late.
If you don’t apply the appropriate protective measures, it can spread viruses.
It has no brain of its own. Instead, it uses yours. If you use it too much, you’ll find it becomes more and more difficult to think coherently.
We attach an importance to it that is far greater than its actual size and influence warrant.
If you’re not careful what you do with it, it can get you in big trouble.
It has its own agenda. Somehow, no matter how good your intentions, it will warp your behavior. Later you may ask yourself "why on earth did I do that?"
Some folks have it, some don’t.
Those who have it would be devastated if it were ever cut off. They think that those who don’t have it are somehow inferior. They think it gives them power. They are wrong.
Those who don’t have it may agree that it’s a nifty toy, but think it’s not worth the fuss that those who do have it make about it. Still, many of those who don’t have it would like to try it.
Once you’ve started playing with it, it’s hard to stop.
Some people would just play with it all day if they didn’t have work to do.

Tough Times
Selling her roof to pay the billsResidents have raised concerns over the behavior of a neighbor who is knocking down her house piece by piece and selling it off to survive.
Alarmed neighbors say they have seen Janet Muller’s house being turned from a home into an empty shell over the past three months, as she sells off furniture, electrical appliances and now even planks and other fittings.
"This lady really needs help.… Look what she’s doing – everything is in pieces and she’s just selling," said worried neighbor Danie de Beer.
De Beer said Muller’s family was aware of the situation but apparently did not want any thing to do with her.
One neighbor, who asked to remain anonymous, said it was heartbreaking to see what Muller was doing. She said they feared for Muller’ s safety since she was vulnerable in the dilapidated home.
"Our suburb has changed from a quiet one to a noisy one. This street has become so busy because people want to see what’s happening," said the resident.
Another resident, who also did not want to be named, said the only time the authorities paid attention was when Muller stripped the electricity meter at her box.
According to the resident, municipal officials came to disconnect Muller’s electricity when notified .
Friday, two men were busy dismantling the roof. Floorboards had been partially stripped and there was no toilet or bathroom, or furniture, left in the home.
