Could this be the world's smelliest man?

The farm worker who has not had a wash in 37 years Kailash Singh believes not washing will help him have a son It is not an achievement that can readily be savored by his nearest and dearest.
But Kailash Singh has as good a claim as any to the accolade of world's smelliest man - after refusing to wash for more than 37 years.
 .
 .
Mr. Singh, 65, has not bathed or cut his 6ft-long dreadlocks since 1974, shortly after he married.
Despite neighbors joking the sweaty farmer would be lucky persuade his wife to have any children at all, his religious guidance clearly failed - he has seven daughters.
Mr. Singh spends his days tending cows in 116 degrees heat, yet the only 'cleansing' he does allow himself is a 'fire bath' each evening, which involves smoking marijuana, praying to the Hindu Lord Shiva and dancing around a bonfire.
His long-suffering family admits they did once try to force him into a stream.
'He fought us off and ran away,' said wife Kalavati Devi, 60. 'We've tried several times since to force him to have a shower but he puts up such a fuss.
'He says he'd rather die than take a bath and only a son could change his mind. It has been so many years now I've got used to it.'
His wife even threatened to stop sleeping with him if he didn't bath, but she gave in first, insisting she should be loyal and put up with the stench.

TSA told a 95-year-old to take off her underwear
A woman has filed a complaint with federal authorities over how her elderly mother was treated at Northwest Florida Regional Airport last weekend.
Jean Weber of Destin filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security after her 95-year-old mother was detained and extensively searched while trying to board a plane to fly to Michigan to be with family members during the final stages of her battle with leukemia.
Her mother, who was in a wheelchair, was told to remove an adult diaper in order to complete a pat-down search.
Weber said she had to sit outside the room during the search.
Security personnel came out and told her they would need for her mother to remove her Depends diaper because it was soiled and was impeding their search.
Weber wheeled her mother into a bathroom, removed her diaper and returned. Her mother did not have another clean diaper with her, Weber said.

You can verbal abuse police because courts won't convict
Police have been banned from arresting foul-mouthed people who abuse them with the most offensive swear words in the language.
The rule change, which has sparked a revolt in the force and anger among MPs, is revealed in secret advice issued to officers. Scotland Yard has issued a card to its officers, telling them to do nothing if they are subjected to a torrent of obscene abuse.
The card, which the police are told to keep on them, secreted behind their warrant badges, says: ‘The courts do not accept police officers are caused harassment, alarm or distress by words such as ‘f**k, c**t, b******s, w*****s f****** pig.’

Man wins bid on eBay for massive airport transporter

To most people, this looks like a giant metal tube train carriage, but to Andrew Jones this five-ton Maglev magnetic levitation transporter is design genius.
.
.
There’s just one snag, he doesn’t know what to do with it.
Mr. Jones spotted it on eBay last November and put in a £100 bid which was bettered by a £25,000 buyer – who failed to complete the deal.
‘I had no idea I’d end up with it. We have offered it to various museums since we bought it, but nobody has been able to accommodate it,
'As a result, I’ve got a five ton train in the field opposite my house and I’ve now got to find a suitable use for it.’

Text to mom leads to LYAO arrest

Anthony Paul Burdeshaw wanted his mom to clean up his room and do the dishes. Unfortunately for the 33-year-old, the text message he used to convey his wishes led to his arrest, police said.
.
 .
Narcotics investigators with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office were called to an abandoned barn at 7312 Penny Road and discovered the chemicals used to manufacture meth, officials wrote in a news release.
Burdeshaw lived next to the barn with his mom at 7304 Penny Road, officials wrote, but wasn’t home at the time. His mom was home and after she received a text message from her son she approached an investigator and asked him to help her open it.
The narcotics investigator complied, going so far as to read the electronic missive to Burdeshaw’s mother, officials wrote.
The message was: “Hey Mom can u go to my bedroom and get the glass bowl under the bed and wash it with water really good and don’t give the cops permission to search.”

Testicles dedicated to Kate Middleton and Prince William

The best testicle cooks in the world are promising to dedicate the prize-winning dishes at this year's World Testicle & Aphrodisiac Cooking Championships to Kate Middleton and Prince William.

 .
Chef Ljubomir Erovic, the organizer of the event, said testicles are rich in testosterone and minerals and are believed to be a powerful aphrodisiac in his home country of Serbia.
Erovic believes if the royal couple were to try some of the dishes on offer they would be in a better position to conceive a child - how thoughtful.
Delicacies on offer at the championships include a full range of bull, boar, camel, ostrich and even kangaroo testicles.
He has already written the world's first recipe collection of its kind, Cooking With Balls, which includes how to prepare testicle pizzas, battered testicles and barbecued testicles with giblets.
The book notes that you will need a ‘very sharp knife’ if you want to embark on traditional testicle cookery techniques, and also advises washing your balls and letting them soak in water before cooking, to soften them up.

City bills woman $650 for mowing her grass
Pennsylvania woman who moved out of her Phillipsburg house due to a pending divorce said the city cut the grass on the property and billed her $650.
Nicole Hodgskin, who left her home a month ago when she and her husband split, told the Phillipsburg Council Tuesday she had thought her husband was still living at the residence and taking care of the grass.
"We've received lots of complaints from neighbors about your lawn and sent out a notice," Mayor Harry Wyant told Hodgskin at the meeting. "Ten days after the notice the grass wasn't cut, so we cut the grass."
Wyant said the bill was so high because the workers doing the mowing received overtime pay.
"Based on the amount of employees and rain, we had to do our work orders on an overtime basis," Wyant said. "We also had to move debris from the property."

.
 .
According to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office report:

The deputy met with her at an undisclosed location in Bonita Springs, gave her $160 and she put the money in her purse. She told him to get on the bed while she removed her clothing except for panties, straddled him and began giving him a massage.
The two spoke about sex acts and an agreement was reached. She asked him to turn onto his back and remove his underwear. He then gave awaiting deputies a pre-arranged arrest signal.

Police 'prank' could lead to firings
Crime scene investigators took DNA samples from a Dallas city car possibly urinated in by police officers last week, officials said.
An unnamed department official said officers could face a charge of criminal mischief and termination if it can be determined who peed inside the city vehicle assigned to another officer.
At least 20 officers had access to the parked vehicle, which is used by a plainclothes detective on the overnight shift who belongs to the Latino Peace Officers Association.
"It's just nasty," the police official said. "That kind of stuff is just embarrassing. It's so juvenile."

$113 ticket for bus stop drop-off
A British man said he received a $113 parking ticket when a camera car snapped a picture of his vehicle while he was dropping a friend off at a bus stop.
Paul Robinson, 50, of Hartlepool, said he received a fixed penalty notice for parking at a bus stop "from 12:41 p.m. to 12:41 p.m." when he in fact had only stopped "for seconds" to drop a friend off at the stop, The Sun reported Wednesday.
"They're not getting a penny out of me. I'd rather go to court," Robinson said.
The pictures were taken by a camera car, which began touring the streets of the city last month in a bid to catch traffic violators. The car distributed 438 tickets in its first four weeks, Hartlepool Council said.

Jails ask scantily clad visitors to put on T-shirt
New York City jail officials are asking scantily clad visitors to cover up with bright green T-shirts.
The city Department of Correction spent $5,000 on 800 extra-extra-large neon shirts. They're washed daily.
The jail dress code prohibits gang symbols, swimwear, and short skirts, among other attire. The policy requires visitors to wear clothing appropriate for a family gathering, including underwear.
The T-shirts aren't just for women. Men with ripped clothes or T-shirts bearing expletives could also be asked to wear them. Jewelry - besides wedding rings - also is discouraged.
Department spokesperson Sharman Stein says the policy will also help catch visitors trying to sneak in contraband. The T-shirts have no pockets.
