Sarah Palin porn film made by Larry Flynt
Pornography baron Larry Flynt has filmed an adult movie about Sarah Palin, with a look-alike standing in for the Republican vice-presidential nominee. The Hustler founder has made an X-rated movie using an adult-film actress who resembles the governor of Alaska.
Flynt's team had posted an anonymous advert on the website Craigslist just days after Mrs Palin took the Republican convention by storm last month. The ad read: "Looking for a Sarah Palin look-alike for an adult film to be shot in the next 10 days." The actress would be paid $3,000 (£1,700) for the part.

'Stowln' Car Stolen
A man who bought a personalized car licence plate STOWLN for a laugh, had the smile wiped from his face when his car was stolen from outside his house.
Nathan Attwood discovered his $17,000 Subaru Impreza WRX station wagon was missing from his driveway on the morning of September 26.
"A while back a group of friends and I were sitting around thinking up great names for personalized plates, and someone came up with STOWLN," Mr Attwood, 24, said.
"When I got my car, I thought it would be hilarious to get the licence plate, so I bought it and put it on my car. It was so funny but I'm certainly not laughing now."
Subaru Impreza WRXs are ranked as the second-most-stolen car in New Zealand. "When I bought the car, I knew it was a sought-after car (by thieves) but I got it alarmed and thought it was relatively safe. "I had a $500 alarm system in there but somehow they managed to bypass it and take my car anyway," he said.
"When it first got stolen, I was pretty angry but I can see the funny side of it now. My friends have all been giving me shit about it as well, I don't think I will ever live it down," he said.
Woman spends £10,000 on cat so it can meow again
A pet owner spent £10,000 to hear her cat meow again after the cat suffered a rare throat condition. Jean Kelly first noticed something was wrong with her beloved Cadbury when he suddenly lost his voice. During a visit to the vet Cadbury was diagnosed with a paralysed larynx, which was blocking its throat. Cadbury required two operations to fix the condition – at a cost of £5,000.
After a time in intensive care, six days in an oxygen tent, four months nursing care and regular check-ups, the 13-year-old Moggy had run up a bill of £10,000.
Ms Kelly’s insurance company Petplan paid £6,000 of the costs, but she has been left to fork out the remaining £4,000.

Canadian man accused of robbing banks during lunch hour
A Toronto broker has been arrested on suspicion of robbing banks during his lunch hour.
Kevin John Pinto, a 37-year-old investment executive has been charged with 10 counts of robbery.
The vice president and compliance officer at Paradigm Capital is accused of walking into the main branch of the Bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto's financial district just a block away from where he negotiated trades and deals - standing in the queue, smiling, and chatting up the bank teller before demanding money.
A bank executive said the robber "was as bold as blazes. He never tried to hide from the cameras that are obviously trained on the tellers. It happened right over the lunch hour."
A suspect had been wanted for at least 21 similar bank robberies spanning six years from Toronto's suburbs to Niagara Falls. Police said rhe suspect would sometimes say he had a gun though he never produced a weapon.
The robber was nicknamed 'Exchange Bandit' by police because he always exchanged polite banter with the teller before saying he wanted money. The robber never wore a mask and only ever used a baseball cap as a disguise.

Cabbie picks up £1,940 fare for a ride from Portsmouth to Munich
A taxi driver earned a bumper £1,940 when he picked up a fare in Portsmouth, Hants, and delivered him 740-miles away to the Munich beer festival. Mick Hogan, 54, was sitting at a rank when a man jumped in the back of his cab and explained he had missed the flight for his friend's stag weekend. The father-of-three told the man in his 30s called Dave - would need to pay £1,700 for the trip and a further £250 for the channel tunnel trip and a hotel for the night. Mr Hogan said the man had tried to find alternative flights but had been unsuccessful. "He was obviously in a hurry and told me he had to get to Munich straight away. I told him he'd have to pay for the Channel Tunnel and a night for me in a hotel and he said he would and just showed me his wallet with notes in it so off we went, arriving in Munich, Germany, 17 hours after we set off.
