I started blogging while I was alone and depressed.
My younger brother was away and I wasn’t talking to my older brother.
Things has changed I am talking again with my older brother and my younger brother is back home.

A drunk went into cop shop with a kilo of explosives
A drunken man carrying 1.1 kilos of explosives showed up at a police station in Saalfelden, Salzburg, on Tuesday night demanding to speak to officers and ‘spill the beans’.
The 25-year-old told startled cops he would "name names" and tell them where more of the explosive, an industrial product called "Gelatine-Donarit," was stashed if they revoked a small fine recently given to him for violation of an administrative regulation.
Following the man’s confession police and weapons experts raided the apartment of a 37-year-old man where they found 20 kilos of the explosive.
Police ruled out the likelihood the two were planning an act of terrorism saying they had probably stolen the explosive to sell it and make some money.

Clamper van got clamped and towed... priceless!

For many motorists, these pictures of a prolific wheel-clamping firm’s van being clamped for having no road tax will be regarded as poetic justice.
An employee of Southend-based LBS Enforcement, which has demanded substantial payment from hapless motorists across the region, got a taste of their own medicine.
Southend Council spotted the car and swooped. The vehicle was clamped, towed away and impounded.
As it happened, an LBS tow truck arrived on the scene...seemingly just too late to save its own vehicle.

Baby born with tail

Surgeons in China have operated to remove a five inch tail from a four-month-old baby girl.
The little girl, called Hong Hong, was born with the tail but it had since doubled in size.
Her father, Hou, of Lixing town in eastern China's Anhui province, said he had been "shocked" to see the tail at birth.
"I wanted to cut it off when she was born, but doctors suggested we wait some time, as a newborn is too weak to take such a surgery," he said.
He checked the tail each day, hoping it would get smaller but instead it just "grew bigger and bigger", he added.
Doctors at the Anhui Provincial Children's Hospital said they had been surprised by the case.
"It's very rare, about one in a million. We have never seen anything like this before," said Dr Sun Jun.
X-rays had shown that the tail was connected to a fatty tumor within the spinal column.

11-year-old buys beach front mansions worth a pricey $44,000,000
Even by the standards of a city that celebrates extravagance, it was a spectacular shopping spree: In just two weeks an 11-year-old boy from Azerbaijan became the owner of nine waterfront mansions.
The total price tag: about $44 million -- or roughly 10,000 years' worth of salary for the average citizen of Azerbaijan. But the preteen who owns a big chunk of some of Dubai's priciest real estate seems to be anything but average.
His name, according to Dubai Land Department records, is Heydar Aliyev, which just happens to be the same name as that of the son of Azerbaijan's president, Ilham Aliyev. The owner's date of birth, listed in property records, is also the same as that of the president's son.

Woman assaults deputy with breast milk

An Owensboro woman is in trouble after officers say she used a rather unusual technique to assault a jailer.
According to the Daviess County, Kentucky, Detention Center, Toni Tramel was picked up Thursday on charges of public intoxication.
As part of the process to book her into the jail, Tramel was sent into a room with a female jailer to change from her street clothes to jail clothes.
The jailer says while the inmate was changing, Tramel took off her bra and squeezed her breast, causing a stream of milk to hit the jailer in the face and the neck.
A release from the jail says the officer was able to "decontaminate herself" and "clean the bio-hazard off her."
Tramel now faces charges of assault on a police officer.

Pawned computer leads to child porn arrest

A man who lost his computer in a home burglary has been arrested after the laptop surfaced at a local pawn shop with several images of child pornography on its hard drive.
Police detectives received a call from a worker at Cash American Pawn Shop in reference to a pawned laptop computer.
The worker had been preparing the laptop for sale, cleaning the hard drive when several images of child pornography were discovered.
Police used the serial numbers on the computer and it matched a computer that had been reported stolen in a burglary at George Lewis's residence.
Police say they went to Lewis's residence to conduct an interview. He asked if they could speak with him away from his girlfriend who was in the room.
According to the report, Lewis then told police he did own the computer in question and he did use it to download images of child pornography but he said the images were part of an investigation that he was conducting. Lewis told investigators he thought he was a Good Samaritan for his work.
Police took Lewis into custody.

Police summoned over forgotten vibrator
A woman phoned police after hearing "suspicious noises" in her apartment. The noise was so loud and strange, even over the telephone, that police decided to send a patrol car around to the "scene of the crime".
"Daringly, and with the occupier's permission, one of the officers opened the drawer of a wardrobe where the noise was coming from.
"Underneath some clothes he found a very personal, battery-operated object which had obviously switched itself on... The tenant's face abruptly changed color."
Police then "wished her a nice evening and left".
Woman shaves her pubic hair while driving
As authorities nationwide warn motorists of the dangers of driving while texting, Florida Keys law enforcement officers add a new caution: Don't try to shave your privates, either.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say a two-vehicle crash Tuesday at Mile Marker 21 on Cudjoe Key was caused by a 37-year-old woman driver who was shaving her bikini area while her ex-husband took the wheel from the passenger seat.
"She said she was meeting her boyfriend in Key West and wanted to be ready for the visit," Trooper Gary Dunick said. "If I wasn't there, I wouldn't have believed it. About 10 years ago I stopped a guy in the exact same spot ... who had three syringes sticking out of his arm. It was just surreal and I thought, 'Nothing will ever beat this.' Well, this takes it."

Workers lost their jobs for jaywalking

Some of the more than 40 workers in Detroit were given termination papers from a Detroit construction site said they were fired as a consequence of jaywalking.
The workers, who asked not to be identified, said they were contractors at the Marathon Oil Refinery site until bosses handed down termination notices for crossing a public street in front of the site without using the crosswalk,
"I was floored. I was in awe. I couldn't believe I got terminated over it," one worker said.
Marathon officials said the workers had recently been specifically instructed to use the crosswalk during a recent safety meeting.
"The workers were well aware of the need to follow the rules and procedures. Some, of reasons unknown, decided to take their lives in their own hands," spokeswoman Chris Fox said.
The company said the workers were suspended for 90 days, but the contractors said they were terminated and their papers specify they are "not eligible for rehire."
"It could possibly be a way to cut down the workforce and not want to pay unemployment. That would be the best way," one of the workers theorized.

Paul Sullivan of Sullivan and Sons Funeral Directors said Albert "Dick" Whittamore, who died at age 85, was buried Tuesday in Dover, England, after a procession through town with signs on the hearse bearing the longtime smoker's final message.
"Although he had reached the age of 85, he had been suffering for a while and wanted to do his bit to warn others about smoking," Sullivan said. "He specified that that's what he wanted in his will. We gave it some thought but after a while we decided that that's what he had requested."
"Dick had emphysema, which is a lung condition caused by smoking which results in people struggling for breath," a Quit spokesman said. "Dick is sending out a strong message to smokers as he doesn't want others to suffer."
45 pounds of pot delivered to wrong home
Police in Salisbury, North Carolina said a woman opened a package she believed to be her new computer and discovered 45 pounds of marijuana.

Harris said the package, sent from McAllen, Texas, was meant for another address in Leach's mobile home park. He said officers set up surveillance at the apparently vacant address but the intended recipient did not show up to claim the package when it was left outside the door.

Man gets 7- years for Shoplifting Cheese
A California man was handed seven years in prison for shoplifting a $3.99 piece of cheese.
Prosecutors originally wanted a life sentence for cheese thief Robert Ferguson, under the state's "three strikes" law.
But they dropped the bid after a psychological report convinced them life in jail was not warranted for the crime.
Ferguson holds 13 prior convictions and spent 22 of the last 27 years behind bars.
In 1994 he escaped a previous "three strikes" sentence.
Ferguson's lawyer Monica Brushia said the most serious of the charges occurred when he was a teen more than 30 years ago and that the petty charges did not deserve a prison sentence.
"We're talking about a pack of cheese," she said.

According to Springfield Police Division records, Welliver told his 31-year-old then-girlfriend that he did not like the tattoo that she had on her buttocks. He then grabbed a meat cleaver from under the bed and threatened to cut the tattoo off if she didn’t let him carve his name on her chest.
The woman told police that he then sat on her, used a blue pocket knife with a razor blade on the end and carved “I Luv Mike Welliver” on the upper part of her breast. She told police she did not fight him because of the knife and meat cleaver and because of his size.

Man arrested for making fake prescription pills

A 68-year-old man was arrested for manufacturing imitation drugs after a witness alleged that the man traded the drugs for sex, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
A man told police that he received 10 mg Percocet pills from Paul Francis Miller, who had asked him for sex in exchange for the drugs, according to the report. The witness told law enforcement that he was also given imitation pills that were made to look like Percocet.
Miller, who is listed as disabled, told law enforcement that he had never given anyone his prescription meds, but admitted that he made imitation pills in his bathroom, the report said. It took him several tries to make pills that looked legitimate.
Miller said he makes a paste out of aspirin, caffeine tablets, a trace of Tylenol and calcium, according to the report. He sets up an indoor grill in his bathroom and creates a wax mold for the pills.
He uses an actual Percocet to stamp the fake pills as they are drying. The man also carves a "10" on one side of the pill, according to the report.
Miller willingly provided police with all the evidence he used to manufacture the fake Percocet. Investigators concluded the pills could be mistaken for actual Percocet.
Miller was charged with manufacturing and distributing imitation drugs, a third degree felony.
