WITNESS A MURDER! Dash cam shows police choke man to death.

Authorities in Livingston Parish, Louisiana say a deputy acted appropriately in trying to arrest a man at a traffic stop.

Webmaster, you are a fool for calling that "Witness a Murder..." The suspect clearly resisted and tried to fight with the officer(s) until the end.

Since the clip was over 8 minutes in length I did not watch the entire clip. But if you read the caption on the video clip it does say officer chokes a man to death.
Just because the suspect resisted arrest doesn't give the cop permission to kill. BTW I used part of a caption of someone else's
